Sungai Buloh Chalet

Sungai Buloh Chalet In the 1930s, the residential area consisted of neat detached chalets for single and married recovered patients. The chalets were of European design. There were 248 chalets in the Central Section and 161 chalets in the East Section. They were built to house two, four or six persons. Other than the chalets, the senior inmate-workers were accommodated in bungalows near the Eastern Gate.
